Freight Auditor
You ready to jump in with both feet and help us reach our aggressive goals? You will be responsible for rating and auditing charges of LTL, FTL and Ocean freight bills, administrative responsibilities that go along with the audit, filing claims and be responsible for saving clients money.

Duties
- Audit domestic and international freight invoices for various carrier modes.
- Comprehend carrier pricing, tariff and contract rates.
- Identify and resolve contract and pricing issues with carrier invoices.
- Handle carrier and client calls with diplomacy and tact — Outstanding customer service skills.
- Submit, track and resolve overcharges with carriers.
- Notify IT through issue tracking system of system errors and/or system enhancements.
- Open and sort through mail.
- Scan invoices and send via email to entry team.
- Composes and types routine correspondence.
- Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in freight auditing, transportation, and/or logistics
- Proficient in LTL/FTL rating, tariffs and shipping contracts

As the Senior ASP.NET developer you will be responsible for developing mission critical applications that provide our customers with up to the minute information regarding their shipping trends. These web applications are created in the latest Web 2.0 technologies and you'll need to be very familiar with how these technologies interact with one another. You will be involved with developing challenging applications that require super optimized code and database queries due to the fact that Logica deals with hundreds of million records on a daily basis. You will work with several departments to understand the needs of our customers to be able to create applications that fit the business needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Science, or relative experience.
- 5+ years' of development experience in software design and/or object oriented analysis and design.
- 5+ years' experience in C# / .NET development.

As the Parcel Freight Auditor, you will be responsible for providing parcel audit expertise and building a relationship with the clients by increasing savings, improved freight data accuracy, and recommendations to streamline the parcel audit process. You will be responsible for rating and auditing parcel transportation cost, surcharge/accessorial fees, billing errors (address corrections, residential, etc.), and guaranteed service refunds. The position will be responsible for data integrity, administrative responsibilities that go along with the audit, filing claims and maximizing saving results to the client.
